Adult Day School
Focus: This program is designed for those interested in completing their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (O.S.S.D.). Often students study here to upgrade for a better job or to pursue training in a particular field of expertise via post-secondary options. Courses offered include those from the following topic areas: mathematics, English, social science, science, business & technology, English as a Second Language (ESL), International languages, co-operative education, and programming variations to meet individual learner needs. This programming is meant for adult learners 18 and over; eligibility differs per service delivery site with some programming available to those over 21 only.
Eligibility: 18 years and older
Levels: Must be "credit ready" (i.e. demonstrate grade 9 level academic proficiency or higher) as defined by the service delivery math and English intake assessments.
Cost: Fees are dependent on service delivery site policy (tuition is not charged for credit courses, but refundable materials and other administrative fees may be charged; see links below for details)

Distance Education Options*
E – Learning Ontario
Focus: Ontario's E-Learning strategy provides a learning management system, online resources, an online community of learners and teachers, and an online reservation system allowing learners from all over Ontario to participate in fully online or blended (i.e. a combination of face-to-face and online) learning. Learners have access to course work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are considered on the day-school register of the school through which they have registered.
Eligibility:- Must be an Ontario resident and Canadian citizen
- May or may not need to be enrolled in a school depending on service delivery site (i.e. public vs. separate school board)
- Must meet necessary prerequisites for course taken
- Must be a good candidate for distance and online learning
