IMPORTANT NOTE: In 2013/2014 CLARS Centres will begin to operate within Toronto and York Region. These centres will conduct language assessment for both federally and provincially funded language training. The above list of centres does not currently conduct assessments for ESL (non-credit) programming within the school boards. School boards will continue to do their own language assessment until the CLARS Centres in the area are operational.
